ugene seems not follow network paths correctly

Hi,

I get this recurring problem under Vista, irrespective of which sort of hardware I use. UGENE version is 1.7, prebuild windows from the UGENE site.

If copy the sample data to a network drive and the try to access it with the absolute path (ie in the form of \\network_location\samples\sars.gb for example) UGENE will return [ERROR] Error: Error opening URL for read: '/network_location/samples'
The same files open okay it the windows mapped disc address (eg Z:) is used, or the files are opened from the PCs hard disc. Okay so a work around is to only work from C:, but if you have My Documents on a server instead this is a pain.
