Sequence details

Sequence details is a supplimentary component for a Sequence overview widget that is used to show sequence content without zooming. Every time you double click the sequence in a Sequence Overview widget or select an annotation the corresponding sequence position is made visible in the Sequence details widget.

For a DNA sequences Sequence details automatically shows complement DNA strand and 6 amino translation frames.
