Run MUSCLE align on remote machines

Running Muscle align task on remote machines

To run MUSCLE align task on remote machine you need to do the following:

  • Open multiple alignment, open menu (right click at editor), go to 'Align->Align with MUSCLE'.

  • You will see Align with MUSCLE dialog. Fill required fields and click 'Remote run...' button.

  • You will see Remote machines monitor. You can also add/remove/modify remote machines here.
  • Select a machine to run and click 'Run' button. Only 1 machine can be selected in current version (1.6) of UGENE.

  • That's all. After task is finished you will see a task report in the task view.
