Phylogenetic tree viewer is intentended to display phylogenetic trees built from alignment or loaded from file.
The viewer supports Newick file format.
Usage:
Open an Alignment editor and use "Build tree" button on toolbar to build phylogenetic tree:
Here you can select options to build the tree.
The tree building process is based on popular Phylip package.
Refer to Phylip documentation pages for more details.
After you press OK button the tree will be built.
Trees pictures can be exported to various image formats including Scalable Vector Graphics for convenient usage in publications.
Also there are several layout modes available:
You can change layout mode by using toolbar.
