UGENE home page

Introduction

One of the major features of the upcoming UGENE release 1.14 is the ability to share bioinformatics data.

Moreover, every UGENE user will have an access to the public UGENE storage of commonly used data, that contain DNA sequences of several popular genomes such as human, mouse, drosophila melanogaster, etc. and hundreds of plasmid sequences.

We would like the community to try out these new features right now – before the official release!

And another great news! One of out team members, Ivan Protsyuk, presents it at BOSC 2014

Don't miss the presentation if you have a chance!

We are waiting for your feedback
