Primers for the running In Silico PCR can be chosen from a primers library. Primers library it is a storage for keeping user primers. The added primers are stored between UGENE sessions.
To choose a primer from the primers library click on the following button:
The following dialog will appear:
The table consists of the following columns: name, GC-content (%), Tm, Length (bp) and sequence. Select primer in the table and click on the Choose button.
To configure primers library go to the Tools->Primer->Primer library context menu. The following window will appear:
To add a new primer click on the New primer button. The following dialog will appear:
Input primer and primer name and click on the OK button. To remove primer(s) from the library select it in the table (you can use Ctrl and Shift) and then click Remove primer(s) button. To edit primer select it and click on the Edit primer button.
