Create a welcome page. It should contain:
1) "Load Data" link launches the dialog for opening files.
2) "Create Sequence" link launches "Create Document" dialog.
3) "Create Workflow" link launches the Workflow Designer.
4) "Quick Start Guide" opens the quick start guide.
5) UGENE citation opens the article in the web browser.
6) Links to social networks open the corresponding pages in the web browser.
7) Recent projects and files show several recent projects and files. If there are no recent items, the corresponding message is written instead, e.g. "There are currently no recent projects."
If an item contain an image and a caption, both of them must have a link.
