In the Save annotation(s) to group you can set up a file to store annotations. It could either an existing annotation table object or a new document (file).
In the Annotation parameters group you can specify the annotations name and a group in the Annotations Editor. If the input value is a name of the sequence in the FASTA format and sequence after that you can use the Use pattern name checkbox. For example, when the checkbox is checked in the example below the annotation name will be "pattern_name":
