To add data to the database use the Add->Import to the database context menu item of the database in the project tree view.
The following dialog will appear:
Here you can add to the database files, folder and other objects from the project. To do it use the corresponding buttons. Select the importing data and click on the Import button. The data will be imported and appeared in the database data tree. Also you can change the importing settings. To do it click on the General options button. The following dialog will appear:
The following parameters are available:
Process directories recursively - import directories recursively.
Create a subfolder for each file - creates a subfolder for each file.
Import unrecognized files - import unrecognized files.
Import as separate sequences - import sequences as separate sequences.
Merge into a single sequence - merge sequence as a single sequence.
Join into alignment - join sequences into alignment.
Create a subfolder for each document - creates a subfolder for each object and document.
